#2 Stop WhatsApp Data Sharing

The second method is for those who have already accepted those new terms. You can still easily remove yourself from the whole situation :

Open WhatsApp that installed on your phone

Head to the Settings menu

Slide to the Account tab

Remove the checklist "Share my account info"

A pop-up message will appear as shown :

Just tap Don't Share button.
