Extract the downloaded file and copy the samsung-fonts.apk to your device.

Tap the APK file and install it. Don't forget to enable Unknown Source option. To do so, open the Settings -> Lock Screen and Security -> then enable Unknown Source.

Once installed, now open Settings -> Display -> Fonts.
